Help me remember what cartoon this was.

Hey,

I used to watch a cartoon a loooong time ago that got cancelled, I believe it was on cartoon network.. it was about a blue germ thingy and a pill inside a boys body, and the inside was a giant city. The pill got in through a mosquito bite, that's all I remember.
