• Why does Blizzard hate its customers?

About a month ago Blizzard sent me an email with a 30 days WoW trial. I had never played it before so I activated it but never actually started playing. But an hour ago I finished playing starcraft 2 and some friends invited me to play WoW. I downloaded the client and tried to log into my account but it was locked due to "suspicious activity". It said I should change my password and then try again. I followed the link but it just gave me the error: "password change not possible". So I said fuck it and started up starcraft again, guess what happened: I was completely locked out now. Short version: Blizzard sent me a 30 days WoW trial to sabotage my account and prevent me from buying anything again. It was a trap! Thank you Blizzard Do you have similiar experiences with Blizzard and/or Battle.Net?

Never played starcraft, but I do know one thing. I downloaded the 13 day trial of WoW, and i created my character, though shitty, and started in a server. No one and I mean no one ever talked in text chat. They were all in teamspeak or some shit

I sent 2 support tickets due to my account being locked. Got 1 reply, asking to take a customer support survey in order to rate the support I recieved.

Blizzard has great customer service. Should call and they'll fix it right up. EA on the otherhand...
Yeah, you probably sent your email and password to some "group of persons with a malicious intent".
Its not that they hate you its just that your the smallest percent in a huge ass community :smith:

The free 30 days was a scam and you gave your account up to them, Blizzard noticed that the account was being logged on from a suspicious location and locked it preventing any actions to be taken with it. YOU messed this up not them and you have to mail them and request that they unlock the account and unban you.
