Where should I put this lamp?

My brother moved from his apartment to a townhouse recently, and he got rid of a good deal of old furniture he no longer needed.

I got a floor lamp from him that would have otherwise been given to goodwill. I was planning to put it in my room, but now that it's here, I'm not quite sure where in my room to put it.

Also sorry about the clutter and shit, I've been trying to clean and reorganize, but every time I'm ready to get rid of something, I can't get it out of the room because there's nowhere else to put it. I've got two bookshelves and a mirror that are blocking my closet and more things that need to go.
