You can get better laptops for 800 dollars.
Newegg sells refurbished laptops with factory warranties with better specs for half that price. You aren't going to get $800 for that. If you're really lucky, you'd get $250-$325 for that.

Shit, I need to learn to read. Oh well it's CNET they have a shit layout anyway.
The real reason I'm charging 800 for it is the ~300 dollars of perfectly good software on it. [editline]19th May 2011[/editline] Plus the bugged never-ending subscription to AVG
No one really cares about what software comes preloaded with the computer, let alone wanting it to bump up the price. Most people regards them as bloatware and tends to want to get rid of most installed software upon using the computer for the first time.
so you'r saying that they would get rid of photoshop and office home and student? :colbert: [editline]20th May 2011[/editline] also a good normally payed antivirus? [editline]20th May 2011[/editline] ok, got id's and name ID STEAM_0:1:24410516 name: [TD] Strawberry [editline]20th May 2011[/editline] goddamnit wrong thread
1.Not everyone uses photoshop or wants it. 2. Some people have their own and better Office editions to their demand 3. AVG is shit
the photoshop is probably pirated and prices for computers are 99.9% hardware based
[QUOTE=krazipanda;29946741]so you'r saying that they would get rid of photoshop and office home and student? :colbert: [/QUOTE] If you manage to sell this to anyone vaguely computer literate, I expect they'd format the HDD anyway...
