Programs that can open and edit Microsoft Word 2007 files?

I posted this in fast threads too, just to make sure. But i really need help here. Google search has turned up nothing. I need something that can edit and read Microsoft Word 2007 files. I'm submitting an application and it's on Word. I don't have Word and i only have the Word Reader 2003. Please, help me here. I need this job or i'll be living in the gutter very soon.

So, Facepunch. Can you help me in getting this stupid file? I've searched google and asked all my friends to help - Nothing has turned up.

Openoffice is outdated crap, use Libreoffice.
Pretty sure Openoffice likes to crap on formatting of the page sometimes too.
