no space between [img] and link. Also they don't need to be in caps.

What you're doing wrong is that the link isn't a direct link to the image. As in it should be [url]http://www.myfacewhen.com/images/50.jpg[/url] and not [url]http://www.myfacewhen.com/50/[/url]
