I want Harvest Day, Oasis, Isla Inocentes and snow in great quantities. Of course, Caspian is good too, and Metro 24/7 is good for DICE's statistics on player session times.

Favorite BF3 maps? Hmmmm.. Not sure if I can pick a whopping four of them, but let's see.
Noshahr Canals, Seine's Crossing, Caspian/Firestorm, and.. that's about it.

What? Statistics as for how many crazy fucks there are to play 24/7 Metro in a longer session?
None of the original BF3 maps were any good though really... especially when compared to BF2 and even BC2.
Why don't people like BF3? I mean ok fine the single-player was pretty lame, but the multi-player has some great maps and has the same mechanics as BF2? I know there's no commander but I don't believe it's necessary when squad leaders can do a better job imo. Even so it's hardly game breaking.
There are tanks, jets, better gunplay, better sound effects/graphics, cars etc - what's different? Hell I mean there's even Wake Island and Gulf of Oman!
I bet if you went back and tried to play BF2 again you'll never have as much fun as you did when you originally played it back in it's heyday.
I'm not trying to be a fan boy just trying to understand the really strong hate from some community members?

In BF2 there was a better sense of community, I don't know what it is about BF3 but when i kill someone over and over in BF2 i get things like "Wow nice shot" etc etc here i get "Wow Karl you suck dick i fucked your mum".

Pile that on-top of the whole "LOL LETS ALL GO RECON" or "LETS ALL GO MEDIC FOR THE M16A3 BUT NOT TO HEAL" and it's just generally annoying.
Then place the already fucking annoying stuff on top of the unnecessary and unbalancing vehicle upgrades you get a pretty unfun game
