Warning: Exposure to politics has been linked to stupidity
They have a point.
Party Babyz would probably make me kill a few people, hence why I don't have it.
Maybe they should put a label on games saying "Warning! If your kid is a dumb fuck, he might try to copy the actions viewed in this game."
Also, it causes cancer and problems in pregnancy.
"The video game industry has a responsibility to parents, families and to consumers — to inform them of the potentially damaging content that is often found in their products," chief sponsor Joe Baca (D-CA) said, reported by The Hill. "They have repeatedly failed to live up to this responsibility."
ESRB you fucking idiots.
The warnings here are way worse:

The image in the back of a game box would have to be someone cursing over Xbox Live :v:
Here, its just a few facts on the box and nothing else.

Why smoke anyway? Its like buying CoD games at full price. 5€ for a pack, holy shit.

And on top of that, they haven't failed. Parents still buy their 10 year old kids every "Death goatse rip and tear gutting beheading simulator 5000" that comes up.
Then again, its like tobacco. You know its bad for your health, but you still smoke, except this is more about how stupid your kid is to do what he does in the video game.
I'd like to see some sources on said "linked behavior". Because if I recall, most of the time when people blame videogames there's usually mental disabilities involved.
This guy needs a big warning label tattooed on his forehead.
These idiot politicians keep the news companies in business.
Proposed design:
Just put a picture of Bobby Kotick's face, that will be enough discouragement.
Maybe we should just tell the parents to read the ESRB content label and actually think before buying Super Mega MurderRape Simulator 69 for their 10 year old kid if they actually think it's a good game for him or not.
And yet again they speak as if ESRB ratings didn't exist.
The ESRB notices already provide good insight into the contents of the game; additional warning labels will do fuck-all if they are disregarded all the same.

Why don't we just put a FOX NEWS video on the box showing all the bad things on the box to make it fuckall obvious to parents that video games are evil.

*Rated 18 for mature. Bad language, violence, sex and drugs involved*
"Huh this might be a good game for my kid..."
*As proven by Fox News*
"MY KID AIN'T PLAYING THIS FILTH! Thanks Fox News, if it weren't for you..."

that's nothing. Look at the UK ones.
Finland doesn't have that..
15 trillion in debt and we are focusing on this shit.
WARNING : Games are fucking cool
This is why this country sucks. Focus on shit like this. What the fuck has been the point of having the ESRB over the last 18 years?
Consumer's Warning: We don't need more warnings that nobody will read.
The fucking rating label spells it out clear as day. Why would adding ANOTHER label help anything?
Let them put on another lable. It's not like anyone is going to buy less games because of it.
Let them put on another lable. It's not like anyone is going to buy less games because of it.
Problem is, if they do this without anyone complaining they'll just end up doing even more stupid shit about games with time.
Plus I really don't want big annoying warning labels on my box arts, they'd look fucking terrible on my game collection.
I buy most of my games digitally what are they going to do make the first picture for the game a big warning sign. I think they see 18 rated games as bad as smoking.
That would be the worst way to ruin a cover art, put a photo of a really fat person at the bottom.
Warning: Warning signs like these are known to cause eye cancer estimated 10/10 who reads this sign will die.
While the US government is trying to make everything idiot proof, why don't they start putting labels on suntan lotion:
Warning: sunburn can cause skin cancer.
and cars:
Warning: driving this car may cause loss of limbs (in event of an accident)
and sidewalks:
Warning: walking on this sidewalk may cause sore feet which may result in death.
Fucking congress, this is what happens when a bunch of old farts get to make the laws.

Doesn't even scratch the paint of what some Asian countries put on their packs. Gory and puffed up miscolored lips and other pleasant sights.
This is the only kind of warning people will look at.

When I was making this I decided on the theme almost instantly.

You should have reconsidered about using red on gray instead.

Why do people care so much about the tiny things. It is a joke it is supposed to be funny why do you even care about that.
