(SSD will come after i get the build complete, not sure if ill go for an ssd yet but i'll see)
SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 120GB -> 100€
Already got an HD 7850 as graphics
Ignore the SSD for now, this is what i'm planing to get, what are your thoughts? any way to cut back?
Only thing I might suggest is getting some memory with smaller heatspreaders than what Corsair Vengeance memory offers (unless of course you get the totally cut back version). The XMS3 line is still good quality, but the heat spreaders don't reach for the other side of the case.

Local store, they always get me the best prices on hardware, going to buy a 7850 for 150€

The larger heatspreaders have a tendency to get in the way of cpu coolers, which Corsair's Vengeance line is notorious for doing. However, even with smaller heatspreaders, your memory never gets hot enough to fail as long as you don't overclock it too much past what standard clocks on it are.
Although, you can really disregard all of what I said if you're using a smaller cpu cooler like the standard Intel cooler, Hyper 212s, Xigmatek Gaia, etc. As long as you check the size of your cooler, then it should be fine.

Yeah i was interested in the 500R too it looks amazing, but it's kind of over budget
