Today I tried to install The Specialists and I didn't know where to put it, It doesn't go in Sourcemods does it ? It's on the Half Life engine, not the Half Life : Source engine ?

Maybe, but for me it is *SteamName*\Half-Life\Half-Life or something like this, I know that it is like this in games like Counter Strike Source: *SteamName*\Counter strike\cstrike, so try both.
