I started using source recorder yesterday, it's all working, except that my outputs always are laggy and in slowmotion.
This is what i do:

stopdemo
host_framerate 30
startmovie exampleOut (I have tried both this method and the avi method, both have the same result)
playdemo example
endmovie[/code]
They lag, and seem to go in slowmotion, anyway, here's how it looks, incase i'm not making myself clear enough
