How do you change thread titles?

I believe that there is a certain window of time after opening a thread where you may change the name of it.

You can change it yourself in the first 5 minutes after you make it but after that only a mod can change it.

You double click the thread (yeah) when you're viewing it in the list.

And yes, you can only do it for something like 5 minutes after you post.
