It would be pretty cool to have a game where everyone has their heads on their playermodels, and their facial expression is captured and streamed in realtime à la LA Noire

I'd be surprised if it happened this generation of consoles though.

Also the prospect of a 11 year old's head on a US Navy body is sort of terrifying
