• CRC error when ripping disk in PowerISO

For all of you who think this is illegal, please refer to my second post below Red Alert 2 is a wonderful game. So wonderful that we decided to play it on the LAN party we had this weekend. But, the problem was that only one of us had the game disks. Since the game requires the CD to be in while playing, I thought "Why don't I rip it into an iso image? that way, all of us can play!" So I'm trying to use PowerISO (full version, a really nifty little tool that's well worth its price) to create an ISO image, and everything seems to start up OK. Then, after the progress bar has been visible for about 20 seconds, a message pops up. "Cyclic Redundancy Check error! CRC Failed" or something like that. I didn't write it down, because it was not very informative (as in, no error codes or nothing). After toying around with the settings for a while, trying different output formats et cetera, I finally give up. It's not doable, same error every time. And now, trusty Facepunch, I come to you. When Google fails, I try you. You guys always seem to know what to do. Tl;dr version: HOW I RIP CD?
Not very legal.
I'm Swedish. Swedish law clearly states that making a copy of any kind of media you bought yourself is okay as long as it's for personal, non-commercial use.
Doesn't ANYBODY have a clue?
