• Google Play shows different prices, issues spending my last money

Yesterday i bought by mistake a $10 Google Play Gift Card wish i was unable to use in the Netherlands. At that time i found a workaround on the internet by wish i had to give up a fake US address. As the article showed i could just use the Google address without any issues. I did this and was finally able to spend the money on some fun apps. So here is where my new issues comes from. The Google Play Balance says i have still have $0,68 left to spend in the Play Store but when i click on a app that cost 0,68 it suddenly say's the app is 0,99 dollars. I'm just so confused as these prices don't match. Also because my Google account is set to the Netherlands everything is being showed in euros, as soon as i click on a app that i want to buy it shows it in dollars.
Would you happen to be using google page translate on the page at all? Google translate seems to love changing symbols rather than actually converting a price. It happens a lot for me when I'm purchasing in a foreign currency. As an example if I'm looking at a product that costs 53SEK (swedish krona) google translate will change that to show as £53 when in fact the product is only about £5.
