Is the game even good? I played the other Serious Sam games and I loved them all, but now I'm rather worried about this one.
Yes, it's great.
I want it but I spent most of my dosh on the steam sales.
If only I could get a desperate TF2 item buyer.
Very good, but realize it has some very advanced graphics features, some are overkill (not much of a difference) but can KILL your fps, for example:
Super Sampling Anti-Aliasing (SSAA). Oh god, oh dear god. In case you don't know, the AA 99% of games use is Multi-Sampling Anti-Aliasing (MSAA). SS3 can use either, or both. The only other game I know of to have built in SSAA support was Trine, and tons of people had performance issues because of it.
If you own an ATi card HD5xxx series or later, you can enable SSAA in your Catalyst Control panel, try it out, and watch games like even TF2 get not so great performance.
tl;dr: Make sure SSAA is off.

I love how it has like 5000000 different graphics options, more games need that.

Definitely, you can go from "Fry any existing GPU" to "Look like a PS2 game".

It's awesome. It's a little slow at the beginning but then it picks up A LOT.
They also got Undercode to do more battle music for the game(they did some of the battle music for the previous games).
And just like any Serious Sam game, the final level is just you and half of Mental's army thrown at you with an awesome boss fight to finish it off.
- Serious Sam Classic Gold is now much more golden.
Anyone have any idea of what this does?
Can they please fix the FPS problems with anti-aliasing?

As I recall people who preordered the Serious Digital Edition got a few multiplayer skins, such as Fork Parker and a golden Sam. I guess they made it more metallic somehow.
