Port Forwarding (Your port is NOT OPEN or not reachable?)

Hey guys,
I'm trying to forward the port 27015 so I can host servers for Sven Coop, Half-Life, etc. I have a static internal IP, and I tried releasing and renewing my IP aswell.
The router I am using is the Netgear WNDR3400v2, and yes, I've tried the guide from Portforward.com. The settings for my router look like this;
but when I test the port using PFPortChecker, it says "Your port is NOT OPEN or not reachable!" Does anybody know how to fix this?
For Half-Life 2 and general Source games, TCP ports range from 27014-27050. UDP ports range from 27000-27030. If you can select both TCP and UDP at the same time, set it to 27000-27050.
Make sure you have all the TCP ports and UDP ports blocked, when setting the ports up it should ask whether you want TCP or UDP

I'm trying to get it to work for goldsource.
Some game ports are on here. Just make sure you unblock them for both UDP and TCP. Let me know if it still doesn't work
Still doesn't work.

You don't need all of those ports open to host a HL/Source server. The only port you need open is 27015 on the UDP protocol for dedicated servers by default. You can optionally also open the 27015 TCP port if you want to use RCON remotely, but I don't recommend it.
Listen servers (servers run by a client instead of a dedicated box) generally use port 27016, but can sometimes use 27015 depending on the HL version.
The other thing that can be blocking the port is the Windows Firewall on the machine running the server. You'll either have to disable the firewall or make an exception for that specific port.
I made exceptions for TCP and UDP on Port 27015 and it's still not working.

Solved it by port forwarding by using http://10.0.0.1/port_forwarding.asp .. Thanks XFinity..
