Hello 2006, I am a time traveler from the year 2052, I do not need you to believe me, I just figured I would stop in this time to see the culture. Ask me any questions you have, and I will answer. I am doing a sort of online tour, checking out forums.and answering questions for fun.

Why did you want to go before 2010? Why/how have you received training? Is there an agency that carries out these sorts of operations? Don't want to be too overbearing or overreaching with my questions here so you dont have to respond if its sensitive information.

Not going to specify the agency but you guys won't hear about it in the media, highly secret. No idea why before 2010's but that was the time period selected by the council, but they knew it wasn't an exact science yet, so I'm sure it's fine.

Who am I in the future? Can you tell us what new inventions you have? Can you give us the schematics for the time machine, or at least explain how changing the past with it works?

I would also like to ask what currently your society is like today? Anything noteworthy I wouldn't learn from an online textbook?

Is the entertainment technology paradigm the same as it is today? Do we still use PCs, smartphones, watch TV, etc? Did VR ever catch on?

We have commercial spaceflight, nanotechnology, the net( a more advanced version of your current net), augmemted reality became huge near the 2020's when it became practical, VR doesn't really take off like you think it will uhh a lot of other minor stuff. The rate of advancement slows more than it advanced in this time period. Censorship stunts innovation drastically.
