Steam won't download or update games. Other problems too.

So steam has been acting up today for me with the following issues:

- Verifying cache on games does absolutely fuck all - it just sits there.

I've tried everything from restarting my computer, to deleting clientregistry.blob, and I cannot get my games to update so I can play them.

Any help would be great. Also if it helps I took out a faulty stick of RAM today, but I don't see how that'd cause issues, but I'm thinking steam guard?

That seems to have worked (It's letting me download stuff, anyway), I just need to move my games over now some how. Thanks!

or else it'll just ask you to repair your current install.
