Really cheap digital picture frames capable of video

I have a project I want to do for my room. I just want to take 4 really cheap (doesn't really matter how small) digital picture frames, somehow get them to stay in a cluster of 4, and then put some small videos (only a few clips that are like 3-15 seconds long) on it. The videos don't have sound, they're just basic little things I made in After Effects.

I just need something VERY cheap, with a decent screen that can play video, no extra features really matter. It would be nice if the frames were simple and black or something.

Hell dude, I was thinking less than $100 if possible. The picture doesn't have to be high quality, I just want something that is recognizable and simple. I guess I'll just have to eBay it, I'm having no luck finding anything well priced.
