You know what, eve despite how capcom's been treating their fans, I'm going to buy this. just because this series near the same boat as Megaman.
Dayum. I was hoping Investigations 2 but now i really don't care. Looks like i'll need to finally finish Justice for all and the series will be complete. Fucking Engarde.

making phoenix the protagonist again is dumb as fuck. he fell from grace and became a mary sue courtroom manipulator deus ex machina. his story is no longer interesting
Justice for all's last case was the best.
No sorry, Trial and Tribulation's last case was the best sorry.
making phoenix the protagonist again is dumb as fuck. he fell from grace and became a mary sue courtroom manipulator deus ex machina. his story is no longer interesting
Phoenix is the guy that can see everything Evidence: (lol get it?) See Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
No sorry, Trial and Tribulation's last case was the best sorry.
I always confuse the order of the games in the series. What I meant was the last case of the 3rd Ace Attorney game.

Investigations 2 US release, please.
Am I the only one sad about Ace Attorney 5 not getting a retail release?
One evening I watched the first game on YouTube. I've beaten the game before, but it was really cool watching it like a movie. I recommend it if you don't have a 3DS!
i'd be annoyed about it not getting a physical release but it's been confirmed for pal so i don't care
I really wish there were more better games for the 3DS, because this is the only game I'm currently going to get a 3DS for.
In the US, it appears Dual Destinies will not be a retail release. Instead, it will be available digitally on the eShop"
Ehhhh, mixed feelings about this.
Ehhhh, mixed feelings about this.
Capcom really isn't putting much fate into PW's success over here. They probably did this to lower costs, if the game were to bomb. I think it's stupid, but they control it so whatever. Anyone else hate Phoenix's new VA? Sounds really young.
What ever happened to that Professor Layton crossover game? Is it just going to be Japan only forever? I never played either series, but this game looks cool.
Anyone else hate Phoenix's new VA? Sounds really young.
Yeah, it sounds like a cliche bad anime dub to me.
Well, I hope that at least the price is reduced somewhat since it'll be digital download only. I really hate paying over twenty-five bucks for digital goods considering they more or less don't exist.
Yeah, it sounds like a cliche bad anime dub to me.
That's funny, when I heard it my first reaction was "Is that Yuri Lowenthal?" Isn't Phoenix supposed to be in his late twenties in this one, too? Kinda iffy on that.
He was already in his late 20s in the first few games if I recall correctly. There's a big gap between the original 3 and Apollo Justice already so he's probably in his 30s now. (Series spoilers)[sp]He was already in University during the flashback in Trials and Tribulations[/sp]

I hope we'll see cameos from characters like Maya, Edgeworth, Ema, but I'm not holding my breath.
I think we all know that the one we all want to see is Brushel.
Anyone else hate Phoenix's new VA? Sounds really young.
He's not THAT bad but I'm dissapointed they didn't ask the original VA (Ben Judd) to reprise his role. His voice was perfect...

Oh god look at payne. I just can't wait for this, I've been suffering from Phoenix Wright withdrawal.
eshop? do you have to get nintendo points or something to buy it? regardless, thank god it's being translated! i've been waiting for this for a long time.
Anyone know if the new VA is the same guy who did his voice in Marvel vs Capcom?
Anyone know if the new VA is the same guy who did his voice in Marvel vs Capcom?
Wrights VA in MvC3 was Sam Riegel, but his VA for the AA games has always been Ben Judd. I can't find any info saying he will be different for AA5, so I'm assuming it'll be Ben Judd.
No, if you watch the trailer, the VA isn't the same in AA5 as the other AA games. That's why I'm wondering if the voice of PW in AA5 is the same dude who voiced him in MvC3.
