Should I send back this hard drive?

I've recently brought a new Seagate 7200.12 1TB drive.

When it's in use (Activity) I get a noise like this but much louder:

Should I send it back to eBuyer under it being faulty?

EDIT: It passes the short tests in the SeaTools software.

I would probably send it back just to be safe. It really can't hurt anything.

But that sounds just like a really old hard drive I had. Drive still works, but its a really noisy drive.
