What type of RAM will my PC use?

I am building a new PC and I need to know what type of RAM it shall use.

My specs so far:

INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q9550 2.83GHz 12MB CACHE 1333MHz FSB LGA775

MANLI HD4870OC, 512MB, DDR5, 256BIT, PCI-E DUAL DVI (M-A4870OC 5R3DD), ATI Radeon HD 4870OC 512MB

GIGABYTE POSEIDON-310 Black Mid Tower Case, Aluminium Bezel, 10x Drive Bays, 2x 120mm Fans, USB 2.0, 1394, Audio, No PSU, ATX Micro ATX.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE S775, P45, FSB1600, DDR2, PCIEx16, 1394a, 2xGbLAN, ATX, RAID

Or is it just a whatever ram you want to use will work?
