The configs I am using seem to be getting cut off. I just installed this skin[Simplesentence 2.1]. How can I fix this? Also, how do I set my location for the weather tools?

Right click on one of the skins and click refresh all; that might fix the skins being choppy. As for the weather, the settings generally depend on the skin that you're using. Right click on the weather skin, and click skin menu -> edit skin. There might be some instructions somewhere around the metadata area; try to find wherever it is that the skin looks for weather information.
go to weather.com and enter your city. Then in the address bar, it should end with a code( for example mine is USMN0664)Copy that and put it into the weather skin after opening it's config. As for the chopping of letters, that is usually because that particular skin is constrained to a certain width. The best thing to do is decrease the font size.
On a side note, I like your background.
Thanks. I got it fixed, I asked /g/ and I just changed some font sizes and some x values.
