I recently told my mom that I thought the Snooki punching video was hilarious, and she told me that she was ashamed and disturbed that her son would think that was funny. Does everyone else feel the same way?

No, I don't think it's funny to hit women.
Maybe if she were physically [i]attacking[/i] him, but I've only ever seen a video of her talking to him (albeit aggressively), when he just punches her out of the blue.
If I saw some guy hit a woman like that, I'd choke him.

I'm all for gender equality, and I don't see how this is any different from if he hit a weak guy.

Normally, I would be pissed, but the only reason I found it kind of funny was because it is Snooki.
Not that it's okay for any woman to be punched, but I just found it funny. I feel bad for finding it funny, but I just do. :(
