in all honesty, if i suddenly came across a large amount of cash, i would try my best to not change my lifestyle.
Use the money to launch a small, nationwide advertising campaign to start my own artificial oceanic city. It would be inexpensive, and not many would see it, but word would spread, and with it, rumors.
The website that I will have presumably set up will gain more and more hits until, one day, serious investors will show up, who show my will and dream of creating our own thought-based society, free from the idiocy and tyranny that follows it. Eventually money, volunteers, and supplies will pour into the sea-side warehouse that I will have purchased. THE GRAND ADVENTURE BEGINS! Time to form a society without stupid!
