Pixel artifacts around cursor when I hover mouse around top left of screen

It's really concerning me, I've been googling for the past 3 hours and all I've gotten is some idea as to how my graphics card could be fucked.

Nothing else is broken, or distorted, so I'm not sure.

I'm unable to provide images, because I lack a camera, and print screen lacks the ability to show the cursor.

I'll try to get around to getting a camera another time.

Check temps, what version of Windows are you using, are you on the latest service pack and are your graphics drivers up to date

I reset until today, no pixels are appearing anymore. I'm unsure if they'll appear again though, so I'll keep posted.
