They are already in the game but Valve need to add a sub-menu for it.
Did nobody like the chainsaw massacre mode? That's never on encore.

Please put a menu for ALL muations, you are completely out of mutations.

The mutations suck anyway.
They probably want revolving mutations because the L4D2 community is slowly losing people every day. If they had all mutations right there, it'd be hard to find a game of [mutation game] because everyone would be spread out playing this mutation or that mutation.
