i5 3570k OC'd to 4.5 ghz
6970 2 GB
8 GB RAM DDR3
A shitty case that does not help keep the heat down
2 x 250gb hard drives
650W Coolermaster GX PSU
Z77 Pro3 Motherboard

I need a new card, (looking at the 770 GTX),

Buy Radeon HD 7970, marginally slower than GTX 770. So you can have more cash to spend on SSD for your OS.

I have a fractal desing arc midi 2 and it's really really nice case. Lots of room for you components and it comes with three really quiet case fans.

As for the GFX card, I only have good things to say about a 770. An amazing card that'll last you good two to three years.
