lock please, solved it myself
Looks like someone took control over your computer remotely. Might want to get a better firewall, else I don't got anything on my mind so quick that could fix it.
It's the aliens I tell ya!
Your probably gonna want to get that seen by a professional. Have you downloaded anything like "Steam game cracker" or something that seems like its too good to be true.
It's just a RAT.
Does it still happen when you pull out your Ethernet cable or otherwise disconnect from the Internet? If so, yes, someone hijacked your computer. If not, your computer is sentient and is plotting to kill you as we speak. HUMAN EDIT MADE BY A HUMAN: THE LATTER OPTION IS OF COURSE JUST A MINOR POSSIBILITY AND WILL MOST LIKELY NOT HAPPEN AND YOU SHOULD TRUST YOUR COMPUTER TO DO WHATEVER YOU PLEASE BECAUSE IT WILL NOT TRY TO KILL YOU IN ANY WAY WITH ROBOTS THAT IT SECRETLY BUILT INSIDE IT ALSO DO NOT LOOK INSIDE YOUR COMPUTER
Can you give some more info? Does it happen right after you boot windows? If it does, try to do as Murkat said, pull out your ethernet(Internet) cable/disconnect from wireless to see if it still does it.
The computer wouldn't turn back on after I turned it off, so I just completely reformated it, works fine now. (was a virus) To answer questions, I had my internet unplugged and it still functioned, so it was not a hijacker, but an internal program.
