Because I'm an unoriginal shit face
Early access game do not count as they are technically not out yet.
1. Surgeon Simulator (was a pain)
2. Payday 2 (gets boring really quickly)
Bioshock Infinite, It just felt so repetitive. The story was nice and all but the gameplay was the same thing. I generally dislike first person shooters though.
i guess i'd have to say animal crossing: new leaf. i enjoyed wild world when i was younger and was pretty excited for it, and actually enjoyed it a lot for about a week. after that it just became an absolute chore, it started to get very demanding and stressful and i'd find myself forcing myself to play it even though i didn't want to, doing the daily tasks and maintaining my town and whatnot. there really isn't much to it other than being rewarded for investing time into performing a bunch of meaningless tasks. i know a lot of people enjoy it for the social aspect and i can understand that but for the most part i really don't understand the appeal and eventually i was just fed up with investing my time in the game and sold it to my aunt.

More disappointments then really being the "worst" but still.
I think Your Gaming Disappointments of 2013 would be much more fitting.
Dead Space 3 was by far the worst game I've played all year
ARMA 3 was also pretty disappointing
Amnesia amfp
Rouge Legacy was a huge disappointment for me, way to much grinding
Saints Row 4
Shitty humor and repetetive
CoD:Ghosts
edit:
I feel as though I should say the following:
I'm not even trying to bandwagon, but the graphics look worse than before (hell, I'll go back and compare it to CoD:4 or CoD:MW2), same HUD/graphics, unimpressive "features", I"m pretty sure 50% of the marketing was on the dog squadmate. I don't know, I just think the repetitiveness and lack of effort in order to just cash in on what is surprisingly a still-going hype puts Ghosts in the worst game 2013 category.
Is everyone just forgetting Ride to Hell Retribution or what

These are games you actually bought and played.
Men of War: Assault Squad really doesn't live up to its expectations.
Men of War: Assault Squad really doesn't live up to its expectations.
It's different from the ones before it, not worse. Assault Squad tried to stir things up and break off from the Men of War formula of WWI style trenches by forcing you on the offensive pretty much all the time to survive, giving you some serious momentum to keep. Sadly, that only made for one mission type again and again, over four campaigns.
bad rats was the best and worst game of 2013
Bioshock Infinite, It just felt so repetitive. The story was nice and all but the gameplay was the same thing. I generally dislike first person shooters though.
Then you shouldn't have bought it with prior knowledge that you don't like first person shooters.
What, did you blind buy it, hoping it to be like Mario?
I got Dead Space 3 in the humble bundle, really could have lived without that piece of shit
rust
Ashes Cricket 2013. Most of the games you guys are listing like Dead Space 3 or ARMA 3 aren't bad games, they're just disappointing games. Ashes Cricket 2013 was such a fucking terrible game that it was pulled from steam only four days after it was released.
Just watch the Giant Bomb Quick Look if you haven't already. If you think Dead Space 3 is a bad game then you clearly haven't played bad games before.
Payday: 2. Got released with half the content promised, and the devs are fucknuggets.
CoD: Ghosts. Need I say more?
Aliens Colonial Marines. Complete bait-and-switch.
God Mode. Was looking forward to this and a mate bought a 4 pack. Turned out to be a repetitive clunky third person shooter with samey enemies, minimal content, and an annoying announcer.
Lost Planet 3. Rather than trying to refine the coop nature of the second game (which would have probably been a success), they tried to copy Dead Space 3 and failed.
I'm probably going to get a bit of hate for this but Pokemon X and Y. I honestly found this to be the worst generation. Sure the new 3d graphics are nice, but the masses of companions that you get stopping you and talking to you constantly are infuriating, and the elite 4 and especially the champion are just forgettable.
X Rebirth.
The ONE game I didn't research properly before buying. Admittedly I can't really tell if the actual game is good or not since the horrible performance issues are stopping me from playing it at all.
Dead island riptide, me and my friend played the original coop and could not wait for a sequal, and then it turns out its just a repetive piece of shit.

Just like the first game was? Honestly, what were you expecting?
CoD: Ghosts. It's over rated. It claims to be subject to new generation technology. It's that fish swim away from you when you swim towards them...
Nintendo did it in 1996, with SM64. Also in SMG, and SMG2. I think they did it for their hand held consoles too.
-snip-
Early Access games do not count.
Just like the first game was? Honestly, what were you expecting?
I enjoyed the first game, i guess i was expecting more from the next one then... its basicly the same game...
No one's sad GTA V yet?
Iw ould but I'm terrified of dumb raitings
so I'm gonna say Dead Space 3 by far. Fuck that. That series was so good.

GTA V wasn't great upon release because of server overload, but I can't see anything bad about it.

no I just wanted someone to try and be edgy.
Lost Planet 3
