Hi i remember going around to a friends house around in 2000-2001 and they were playing this game which i could not remember the name of.
It was on Mars (or some orange planet)
It had lots of green one eyed aliens
A base that could fire other building out of (i think)
Looked like a RTS or city builder
It had water in it
I know its not much to go on but i'm curious to find out what the game is
so any suggestions on what it is would be great
