Left 4 Dead character art?

I'm trying to do something with the survivors from Left 4 Dead.

I need to get pictures of them like how they're posing in the posters for the levels. You can't just cut them out of the posters because they did this "zombies scratched up the poster" effect and it made little white lines all over them.

If anyone could help me out I'd be totally grateful.
