Counter-Strike 1 Anthology worth getting if I already own CSS/DOD:S?

I've been thinking about buying the Counter-Strike 1 Anthology, since I've heard the game play between CS and CSS as well as DOD and DOD:S is completely different. So should I buy or would it be like buying the same games twice?
