when ever i try to make a demo movie on hl2 it laggs to SHIT.

Of course I've fucking heard of it. If you want help, how about providing a bit more than "Lags to SHIT" and "no can not update computer". I'm going to refrain from stating the obvious; someone else can do it for a change.

about 1-2 gb vram
no lag when i put command into console but when i resume game it laggs
