Facepunch. We all live in a variety of places, From Europe to the US, from Brazil to Japan. We have a little understanding of our large yet small world and what goes on by a minutely basis. Most of us to not know what it's like to live in a tropical paradise if you grew up in Alaska, or what it's like to be in the constant presence of snow if you live in Texas. It makes me wonder -sitting here in my dark basement in the middle of a swampy suburban Minnesota town- what it's like to see a mountain, to see what it's like to travel in a subway system daily, or what it's like to witness a building that goes beyond 40 stories tall.
I do understand that the concept of this thread is what you view from your bedroom window, take it as a request by me and the others who could contribute as a view into what's considered a norm for one living in a new world in anothers eyes.
As I said, This is what I see through my home, my presence where I spend the majority of my time and life.

Now continue as I have started.
It's pitch black right now
Yet another picture, one from my front door. As I said, my swampish landscape is dull, but I'd really want to see other peoples content in this thread.
