I have the games

and The OrangeBox
When ever i download the games i get the error "Your map [maps/TheMapplaying.bsp]diffres from the server"
also i cant download some games because i get "Steam error - The Game is not available try again later."

Sorry I really don't understand that first sentence. Your missing files might be under your steamapps/common/garrysmod/garrysmod folder.
Please learn to write a full sentence before posting here.

verify your game caches, sounds like somehow half your game files have got corrupted, could mean your hd is dying if its just magically all become corrupted.

But I had these problems when my drive was horribly fragmented, and also experienced these issues with failing RAM. I suggest running a defrag on your computer (using windows, or a 3rd party application like Defraggler). For the failing RAM, you might need to reseed that. Work with your local tech shop or whatever.
