I'm still awaiting on an Omikron sequel , but this looks like it could be an alright game. Shame the tech is wasted on a PS3 however..
what do you mean i thought the faceposing was great
Watch the cop. How there's a pretty stark divide between his upper and lower face. Oh that's not to say they don't have some amazing faceposing on some of the characters. But a lot of the nonmains just look awkward. From memory the same was with heavy rain. But I honestly could never get myself to play heavy rain for longer periods of time, because I honestly disliked the QTE galore.
Well, she is voiced by her, so I guess it's not a big coincidence.
Not just voiced. Also used as a model base and the facepose animation base.
This looks pretty interesting.. it's nice to see game developers attempting plots more complex than simply 'shoot bad people until you win', as clumsy and flawed as the ground-breaking initial attempts may be.

It's a gamestyle element. And you easily have a complex plot with a shooter. It's not like quantic has amazing gameplay either. Heavy rain was essentially a series of QTEs.
