From what I read, that computer has only PCI expansion slots. Not AGP, not PCI-express, just regular PCI.
That's going to seriously limit your upgrade options. You can go with Nvidia 9400/9500gt or ATI 4350 for around $70 at Newegg.
The good news is that I run Source games on a P4 with a 5450 vidcard. The 5450 is as slow as those cards I listed, and Source games(not counting TF2 or the L4D games) run VERY nicely at 1280x1024 or less.
TF2 needs more CPU power than a P4, which is why framerate on that game is a bit lower, but playable. I don't have the L4D games, so I haven't tested them on this card.
Two things though- you need a Pentium CPU, not a Celeron. If you have a Celeron then the graphics upgrade won't help. And you need at least 1gb of memory, 512mb just won't cut it.
