Does changing some of the words count as plagarism
I've taken things directly from books, but in small form and i always quoted them. I did not always cite them though. But i also never said they were mine.
I'm guessing OP isn't a native English speaker. But no, i've never plagiarized anything that actually counts.
Your all liars. This thread is fail, what kind of person has NEVER stolen anyone's text EVER.
Does changing some of the words count as plagarism
Depends.
Does changing some of the words count as plagarism
No. Then it is completely new. If it is altered slightly it does not count.

I quote some stuff, and change words, but use Citation
Yeah don't ever plagiarize not only is it bad for your writing skills and such but once you get caught, serious shit can happen. I plagiarized one and half paragraph on my Things fall Apart Essay and I got a 0/100. The essay was weighted so it raped my grade so bad that it went from an A to a B. It really fucked over my GPA.
Someone once said the following: Copying one source is plagarism. Copying many sources is research. [editline]09:13PM[/editline] I've done my share of plagarising in College. Professors had so many papers to grade that they didn't have time to check through them all and make sure there was no directly copied content.
Your all liars. This thread is fail, what kind of person has NEVER stolen anyone's text EVER.
I do not believe I have ever stolen someones intellectual property.
Yes, I got called up for a meeting about it and had a maximum mark of 40%, just a pass, for the module. All because i didn't reference wikipedia a couple of times.
Why did you have to plagiarize to write a Things Fall Apart essay? It's interesting, short, and easy to understand.
I was lazy
No, I don't steal other people's hard work. Unrelated and Related: Too many fucking stupid poll threads.
Yeah I was stupid, that's why I failed english.
Plenty of times. Never got caught though.
Yeah I do/have. Not like just straight copy and paste but bits and pieces
I used to, back when I was a kid.
no because I'm an okay writer
I plagiarized a poem I saw in a bathroom stall.
I did it on an assignment, I was stupid and left in a small attribution I never saw, so the teacher didn't like that.
I'm a senior about to graduate college next May and I haven't plagiarized a single thing in my life. I'm fucking serious.
