Based on a request in another thread, here it is, the Mac OS X tutorial thread.
This is really a thread for the new mac user, OS X 101, and a bit more if you like, but I'll try to answer the more advanced requests also.
I know how annoying it is not being able to find the tutorial you want, so that bit I'm leaving up to you. You ask, I'll deliver. Shoot away!

Currently it is. It may not be the most customizable (linux) or the one with the most games (windows) but it has the most solid code and advanced features. Like Grand Central Dispatch, OpenCL, Fully integrated 64-bit (no need for special hardware, it tunns both 32 and 64 bit simultaneously.) No disk fragmentation and more
