I doubt it was them not thinking it and more about they didnt know how to implement it in WoWs engine so it wouldnt be garbage.

Ever heard of Eye of Killrog?

Enable it for unlimited distance, up the speed and enable it to fly. Replace the model if needed.

It doesnt have to be complicated, ya know.
