I want to be able to leave my computer on after i go to bed, and make any torrents i have open in utorrent start downloading at 12am (which is offpeak time with Adam Internet, 10gb on peak and offpeak, So i can download torrents and steam games in off peak time) So is there a way to have a torrent start downloading automatically at 12am?
Use the schedule located in properties. Just use a different bit program to do the rest

No? Most, Not all, Steam games i've downloaded have been metred for downloading

If you use uTorrent then use the scheduler to turn on at 12am, do whatever and then turn off until 12am next day.
