It used to sit at 85%, and would never charge higher. Then it dipped to 74%. Now its at 66%. The battery just refuses to charge to full anymore and I've only a vague idea why. Each time my laptop turns itself off automatically due to a low battery, the percentage gets lower. Before someone criticizes me about that, this laptop is a piece of shit. Sometimes my entire bottom taskbar is gone, sometimes just the battery icon. Even now, it constantly insists that its muted, even though I can hear sound at this very instance.
So anyway, it says "Plugged in, not charging". Any way to make it say CHARGING like it should?

I'm not sure but I read some where that a lithium ion batterie has a "memory" effect when charged while not being empty will lower the max charge (i think), don't use me as your only source.
