Just saw this on AeroXP:
Anolis.Resourcer
A ResHacker clone developed as a testbed for Anolis.Core and to replace ResHacker (because ResHacker doesn't support x64, XN Resource Editor (ResHacker's spiritual sequel) doesn't support multiple-language resources and crashes a lot, and other utilities rest cost actual money. It has a powerful yet simplified UI that doesn't duplicate commands or confuse the users with special-case handlers (which ResHacker and XN have in spades).
It's open source, free, supports x64, miles better than the rest, on par with Restorator 2007 (which is expensive)
Holy shit, a 64bit resource editor that's free? YEAH!
And this means?
And this means?
There are no free resource editors that support 64 bit files. This one does. :)
Basically if you have a 64bit operating system you can't edit any of the resources in system files without a resource editor that supports 64 bit files.
it's a program which lets you edit/make themes for Windows?

You could. It's hard as hell with a resource editor though.
Fantastic. Thanks.
