Best way to burn VIDEO_TS folders to a DVD on a Mac?

I'm having a bit of trouble here. I have a project that I'm working on that I can't seem to get onto a DVD. I had a .mov file initially and used the windows program DVDFLick to make it into a usable file, but in a rush forgot to burn directly to a disc. Now I have Mac computers for use at my school, so if I could burn the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders to a DVD and make it working that would be great as I'm trying to get it turned in today. I have checked this guide, but am uncertain if it works

If anyone has any experience with this that would be helpful! If I'm not able to do it by 10:50 today (8am as of posting) then I will have to do it over the weekend on a PC, but this would be preferred. If you know how to do this on a PC let me know as well, it could be helpful.
I apologize if this is the wrong place, haven't been around this section of the forum often, if it is could a mod please move it?
