This is what google said.
But I don't want to pay the transfer. Like this site you give 10$ they give you back 1$.
The only way I found is simply sell PSC. I heard some people prefrer it as paypal.
W/E if anyone has any other idea than robber sites.

forget about PSC, wait until you're 16/18 and get a debit card - so much easier
