I am about to go to Drill for the Army and there is ice all over the ground. Like, everything is covered in ice. What does this entitle?

*Running a 2 mile PT test (We have no indoor gym) on ice!
*Driving to drill whilst there is ice all over (I live in the country so there are no salt trucks my way)
*I haven't been to sleep yet (I know this is my fault, but damn it Rogue Survivor is just too addicting)
*I will be trusted with an M4 Carbine for our shooting drills today and I have had no sleep and already paranoid about the ice.

I know half of this is partially my fault, but I can still bitch.
