Hello again Pc Builders. For this christmas, I will recieve an upgrade for my PC. This are my current specs: So, I was thinking, re-use my motherboard since it has 2 slots for RAM and buy like a 4 gb ram and with my 2gb ram, it will be more powerful + be cheaper. Then, at least make my graphic card at least 1.5x better. Throw away my space. And, I don't know what to do about the CPU because I don't know. Thoughts?
What's your budget?
Well... Let's say... If at least 500$ more or less, 100$ give it or take. I just want a simple upgrade for my games to not look shit and run GTA V and other next gen games at least at the minimal.
Honestly you're better off basically replacing your whole system, over trying to source together some parts that are far out of production. Reusing your case, hard drive, and reinstalling your existing operating system (although you'll want to reinstall it with the 64 bit version to use more than 3.5gb of RAM) can net you a pretty good system that should run most newer games with textures on high and effects on medium. How about the resolution Levelog? At what resolution may I play with this build? I have a 1280x1204 screen.
Yeah I didn't see your resolution. The high/medium is for 1080p. You should be good for everything maxed out.
Levelog, I can't re-install 32 bit to 64 bit since my OS was not installed by me. I think if i re use my power supply it will cover up the budget
Not really, since I bought my pc already built
You should still have gotten a key, not legal for them not to. [editline]18th December 2014[/editline] If you didn't get it as an oem prebuilt (which it looks custom based on the specs) you can pull the key with produkey
And what is this produkey thing?

Ok, got the key, now what? May I add one of you guys on Steam so I don't spam the thread?
