Okay, so you have a time travel machine. The time travel machine can let you time travel you two times and you can time travel back to the current time for each. So you can time travel twice. To when would you time travel? I would time travel to Billy Mays' last day of life and give him a handshake. id go to when jesus was alive and see if he was real, then come back

First time period: One hundred years into the future, pack a gasmask and hazard suit just in case the mushrooms sprouted before I arrive. Second time period: World War 2, become part of the Nazis so I can investigate the Die Glocke, which some fabled to be a space-time manipulator of sorts. Hell, if I could use that device properly, i'd be able to make some arrangements with others in my home-time to have it "stolen", and start up a kinda "time agency" to delve into past and future events, a bit like the Great Race of Yith from the works of Lovecraft. (although the Great Race used mind-swapping in their time travel instead of physical transportation across the timestream) In other words, i'd peek at the future, then have the Die Glocke stolen and start up a temporal investigation society.

I'd go back during the Cretaceous period and observe dinosaurs and other prehistoric life and just see how the Earth and life was during those ancient times, then of course come back to the present and report all my observations to help paleontologists and other scientists interested in the subject to better understand that period of Earth's history (yeah, I like that kind of stuff). That would be my first travel. My second travel would be just like sporface mentioned, going back in time with known winning lottery numbers from the present and profit, but I don't think I would come back to the present especially if the lottery I happened to chose and win would have been just a few months prior or something like that, I wouldn't mind "re-living" a few months especially not with millions of dollars to spend now.

I would first go back to Sept. 11th 2001 and destroy the engines for those 4 flights, then I would go to December 21, 2012 and see what happens. Hopefully, nothing will.
